This place was so nice in late September, early October, but in the last few weeks this place changed Drastically. Super high rate increase($950 a month are you even serious? It's the Gtrain!, not the red line. ITS NOT EVEN IN MANHATTAN), messier, way more crowded, lots of theft, NO WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS unless you work for the loft, RATS, rule changes and there is no age limit anymore, but instead a student limit. Meaning you pay more if you aren't enrolled in university-even if you are interning. But now you will probably end up bunking next to some creepy 50yr old guy who goes through your stuff. The radiators constantly break. Sometimes you get locked out of your room, the maids throw out your stuff. This place went from amazing to horrible in a month and a half. I'm glad I moved to a different place. I hope it goes back.
