I've always been skeptical about brisket, but eating the barbecued brisket I felt I had to tell the world. Plus downstairs they have world-class musicians... Next time I want to find out if I can move in.

Stubbs is great, but if you want some extraordinary Texas barbecue, you need to drive out to Lockhart or Kreuz.
