My wife and I stumbled upon this place by accident, but it was destiny. The former chef at the Old Chatham Sheepherding farm in New York State and her Baker/Husband opened this place up a few years back. Nearly all the food is locally harvested or caught/hunted ... and they even have a huge organic garden in the back. World class cuisine, perfect personal service, and they even found us a great room down the road when we suddenly realized it was 1030pm, we were tipsy, and had no place to stay!
