Columbine on W Broadway and White Street is by far the best soup in the city. Deliciousness includes sweet and split pea, carrot soup with orange and yogurt garnish, parsnip soup with cumin.
Ingredients are always fresh and specials change every day. Other than the soup, the sandwiches are great too.
TIP: the line gets really long during the week at lunch time. Call in advance for a pick up order!
