I like Opia in midtown for business lunches where it's not a first meeting and the environment I'm trying to set is more casual. They also have a Prix Fixe Lunch and Dinner menu if you're into that. Opia is at 130 E 57th St, just East of the 57th St and Park Ave intersection.
