Take the "Ferrovia Roma-Ostia" from downtown (Piramide Ostiense, Basilica San Paolo, or Eur Magliana) to your desired Lido di Ostia stop (Ostia Antica, Ostia Lido Nord, Ostia Lido Centro, Ostia Stella Polare, Ostia Lido Castel Fusano, Ostia Lido Cristoforo Colombo).
