Covington is a city in Central Indiana. It is the seat of Fountain County. Population 2,500 (2004 Census Bureau).

Covington is located on Interstate 74 and the Wabash River.

No bus or taxi service, but you can walk from one end of the town to the other in about 30 minutes.

The historic murals on the interior of the courthouse.

Go to a high school football or basketball game in the fall and winter. Small Indiana towns like this put a lot into their high school sports and it shows when the entire town shows up for games.

Go to the Covington Apple Festival held each October.

Beef House [1] Indiana's best Steakhouse. Actually located outside the city at the intersection of Interstate 74 and State Road 63.
