Broke district wine country

Broke is a village situated in the southwest corner of the mid Hunter Valley, between Pokolbin and Wollombi. This district is home to numerous vineyards, and is rapidly developing an excellent reputation as a grape-growing region. Many wineries in the area offer cellar door tastings.
